Right of cancellation:
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the item.
Return costs are your own responsibility.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after you have received the item and then you must return the item no later than 14 days after that.
The notice must be given by mail at customercare@kidkii.com or by using the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.


No right of withdrawal:
There is no right of withdrawal if the product key has been activated, if you have previously accepted, your right of withdrawal disappears when the product is put into use. If the product key has not been activated, there is a 14-day right of withdrawal.
In the case of sales to business operators (B2B), Kidkii is not obliged to grant the right of withdrawal.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way the goods work. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.
Delivery:
We deliver your item electronically within 24 hours.
Payment:
To shop at www.kidkii.com, you must be in possession of a valid payment card that we accept.
We accept the card types Visa and Mastercard.
You can also pay via Paypal: If you pay via Paypal, you are not protected by the objection scheme. Read more about the conditions on Paypal's website:

We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
We accept payment with Anyday. When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. Then you will pay your monthly installments on the last weekday for three months onwards, beginning from next month. No fees and interest will be charged for your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will terminate automatically.
Right of complaint:
The provisions of the Sales Act on defects can be applied to the purchase of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months' right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behavior.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
Personal information:
We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, telephone number. and email address.
We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with e-nemt and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process the information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
