Prices are subject to availability and delayed delivery time from kidkii.com suppliers. Complaints about the product can be made within a period of 2 years after receipt. In this period, kidkii.com help you repair if the applicable conditions are met. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not due to a misuse of the product or other injurious behavior. You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the product breaks within the first 6 months it is kidkii.com who has the burden of proving that the damage was caused by you as a customer and not due to a production fault. After 6 months the burden of proof is not all with kidkii.com. If the complaint is justified we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Note we do not receive packages sent by fax. code or the like. Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging and get a receipt for shipment. Shipping time is normally 3-5 business days for domestic packages and 3-8 business days for international parcels. Return policy On new non sale items you have 14 days to cancel. Rights are from the day you received the goods. The return right can only be exercised if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity as shipped by Kidkii. The right to return goods is lost, if you use the product in a way which obviously reduces the sales value significantly. When buying clothes, the original packaging pose a significant proportion of product value. Remember to always return the package with the product, to be sure that the conditions for exercising the right are met. The amount will be transferred to your card or to your bank account, once we have received the product and verified that it meets the conditions of refund. The only cost you have when you change your mind, is the postage to send the product back to us. Remember, you must attach a copy of the order confirmation.
