Prices are subject to availability and delayed delivery time from kidkii.com suppliers. Complaints about the product can be made within a period of 2 years after receipt. In this period, kidkii.com help you repair if the applicable conditions are met. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not due to a misuse of the product or other injurious behavior. You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the product breaks within the first 6 months it is kidkii.com who has the burden of proving that the damage was caused by you as a customer and not due to a production fault. After 6 months the burden of proof is not all with kidkii.com. If the complaint is justified we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
